Noise PR & Talent Group
I built Noise from the ground up into a commercially successful talent and communications business, creating the systems, relationships and operating structure needed to move from founder-led delivery towards a scalable business.
The challenge
Starting with a blank sheet, Noise needed more than a strong client network. It needed a business model that could attract the right clients, deliver consistently and grow without everything sitting with the founder.
The challenge was to build the full operation around the opportunity — from positioning and client acquisition through to talent onboarding, delivery, systems and the day-to-day processes that keep a growing business moving.
As the client base grew, so did the complexity. New talent needed to be onboarded, relationships managed, opportunities coordinated and client delivery maintained without losing the personal approach that made the business successful.
Building the operating model
I developed the systems and processes behind the business, creating clearer ways of working across client onboarding, talent management, communication, delivery and commercial development.
The focus was on making the business more structured without making it bureaucratic. Repeatable processes created consistency, while clearer ownership made it possible to bring in additional talent and support as the client base grew.
Alongside the operational foundations, I continued to drive client growth and commercial relationships, working with brands and talent including Porsche, WHOOP, Hisense, Mark Ellis and Steven Bartlett.
Scaling what was working
As the business developed, the focus shifted from simply winning work to building an operation capable of supporting more of it.
That meant creating a stronger talent network, improving onboarding, developing client relationships and putting systems around the parts of the business that had previously relied on founder knowledge and manual intervention.
The result was a more complete and scalable business — one that could bring together talent, communications, commercial partnerships and client delivery within a single operating model.
